Description
Only 100 metres to the golden sands of Copacabana Beach! Enjoy the beach which has a lovely kids rock pool and is patrolled in the warmer months. Take a delightful walk along the beach to McMaster Beach where the views from surf club are amazing and the food and coffee great too! Copacabana Beach also has a fab surfclub with cafe! Copacabana shops are also a very short walk away and have all the amenties you would need for a holiday supermarket, newsagent, post office, chemist, surf board rental, food take away shops, DVD and video rental and more.
The Beach House (now with free WIFI):
Looking like a beach house from the front, the house is deceptively large once inside boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, sunroom with dining setting and 2 single day beds, 2 separate lounge rooms complete with FOXTEL,TV, DVDs, free WIFI and an additional 3rd lounge area with pullout couch located in the games room.
The laundry has a washing machine and hanging area as well as a clothes dryer. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and there is a lovely secure backyard with 2 outdoor seating areas with umbrellas and of course the all important modern gas BBQ!
An additional games room has recently been renovated and you can enjoy ping pong, foosball, air hockey as well as darts and other fun games. There are 2 additional lounge suites located here as well as a bar fridge. This is a great area of the house to relax with friends or family. We get a lot of feedback from guests who absolutely love our games room!
There are several air conditioners for warm Summers and two lovely electric fireplaces for cool Winters as well as various other heaters spread over the house. Beds have electric blankets as well.
Lots of games and books available in our bookshelf for rainy days or cosy evenings!

The house sleeps up to a maximum of 12 adults. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single bunk beds, bedroom 4 has a double bed. All beds have electric blankets and all bedrooms have chest of drawers / wardrobes / mirrors .
The front sunroom has a two single day beds which are perfect for daytime relaxing / reading. They may also be used for sleeping 2 additional people (1 x single bed and 1 x king single bed)
The 2 separate lounge rooms have 3 pullout sofas between them which are all double beds. They are located at opposite ends of the house and are perfect for kids and adults to have their own relaxing areas. Both lounge rooms have TVs, Foxtel, DVD and the #2 lounge room has an iPod docking station with great speakers.
Linen is not supplied so please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels and of course toiletries. Linen and towel hire is available from the Avoca Beach Laundrette at reasonable rates.
THIS HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HENS/BUCKS/SCHOOL LEAVERS/LARGE EVENTS OR PARTIES - this is a family property with permanent neighbours.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs including large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and grill, cutlery, crockery and cookware. Tea, coffee and sugar is available for your use but please bring your own if you like special brands.
The back garden has recently been fully landscaped. It has two separate eating areas both with sun umbrellas. There is a fantastic gas bbq and the garden is fully enclosed so small pets can't escape!
Everything is there for you to have wonderful family holiday!
Why Copacabana?
Copacabana is a stunning beachside paradise on the Central Coast. Terrigal and Avoca beaches, shops and restaurants are only 5-10 minutes drive away!
Copa shops are only a few minutes flat walk from our beach house. Several takeaway shops, fish and chips, chemist, newsagent, DVD shop, bakery, bottle shop, mini supermarket, cafes, and a hair salon. Surf boards can be hired from the minimart.
McMasters Beach can easily be reached by strolling along Copa Beach to the end. Enjoy the McMasters Surf Club or Copa Surf Club cafes with fresh juices, breakfast, lunch, drinks and great coffee.
Movies are at Kincumber, Avoca and Erina Fair, the restored Avoca Theatre is worth a visit.
Golf courses are located nearby and Copa has it's own tennis courts, children's playground, skateboard park and pinic areas.
National parks surround Copa with great trails and walks.
Canoe or paddle ski in Copa's lagoon.
Surfing at Copa is well known with one of the best point breaks on the East coast.
Copa Beach is patrolled as is McMasters Beach.
Copacabana is a well kept secret...escape the bustle of Avoca or Terrigal but have them within easy reach!
What to do in Copacabana?
No Crowds, No Traffic Noise, No Worries. Panoramic National Park and Ocean Views and the Sound of birds and the Surf. Yet so close to the best beaches on the Coast, cosmopolitan life in Terrigal and the facilities of Copacabana, Kincumber or Erina townships.
A short walk to the headland is the Captain Cook Lookout which includes the Captains Log book and his views about the "pretty" headland where the home is located.
The quiet of Copacabana is enticing. But if you crave the Cafe life there are great little local cafes and restaurants and the nightlife of Terrigal and Avoca is only 5-10 minutes away where there is an abundance of restaurants, cafes, stores, pubs, clubs offering versatile cuisine to suit everyones palate.
April, May, June, July, August and September makes the property a perfect spot for whale watching.
Tours are available through Fantasea Adventure Cruising on June 15,22,29 and July 2, 6, 9,12,13,16 & 20. Tours last for 4 hours.
Early morning see the keen surfers at our famous Copa point and swimming is patrolled at both Copa and Macs.
Walking the beach in the early morning or late afternoon provides a level walk with spectacular ocean views for which Copacabana is famous. Keep following the beach around to the south and you will come to the lagoon where both fishing and kayaking will help you enjoy your day.
Copacabana Beach is a unique sea side village which does not have high-rise or motels/hotels - the perfect place to get away from it all.
Large shopping centre at Erina Fair including ice skating rink, movie cinemas, library, restaurants etc.
Bouddhi National Park is only minutes away and offers additional bushwalking and wildlife for nature enthusiasts.
Tennis courts are also available and can be booked at the local newsagent.
