This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is on two levels, has extensive entertainment areas both upstairs and downstairs overlooking the sea, and a modern, well equipped kitchen.
Downstairs has two bedrooms (one queen size bed; two single beds) with laundry, bathroom, kitchenette, family room, bar and BBQ area, swimming pool, remote-control lockable garage with table-tennis, and quiet garden area.
Upstairs has a master bedroom area with en-suite, walk-through robes, separate study (one queen size bed), and two other bedrooms (one queen size bed; two single beds) with bathroom, kitchen, pantry, lounge, dining, and extensive balcony with outdoor entertaining area.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people.

Peregian Beach is situated between Noosa Heads and Coolum Beach on Queenslands Sunshine Coast. It is 113 km by road north of Brisbane, and 10 km south of Noosa.
The nearest airport is at Maroochydore, only 12 km away. Several bus companies run regular pick-up and drop-off services to both Maroochydore Airport and Brisbane Airport (door-to-door) from Peregian Beach, including "Henrys Airporters", "Sunair Bus Services", or "Cols Air Shuttle".
Major car hire services are available from Maroochydore or Brisbane Airports, including "Avis", "Budget", "Europcar", or "Sunshine Coast Airport Car Rental".
Linen is provided for rental periods of five days or more.
