'Patsy' - 2 x Queen Bed Rooms with shared floor to ceiling tiled bathroom, lounge, dining and a balcony overlooking the pool and canal. Sensational breezes blow throw the upstairs suite. Relax in your private lounge area or head downstairs to the back deck and soak up some sun, throw a line out and wait for a bite. This suite is ideal if you have 2 x singles travelling together, 2 x couples or a group of three. (2 x extra single foldouts available for larger groups)
Things to do at the villa
* Throw a line out the back and catch your tea.
* Fire up the BBQ to cook your catch or arrange a BBQ pack with your host.
* Take one of the house bicycles and take a lap around the block or head over to the cycle path across the road.
* Relax with a cup of tea or a cheeky beverage and play one of the many board games.
* Fill the tub with bubbles, soak your cares away. Make arrangements with your host and a bottle of bubbles and two glasses can be arranged also.
* Plunge into the pool or float around on the huge house floating bean bags. Alternatively settle into the spa.
* Play with George - our friendly dog.

CARRARA STADIUM - New AFL Suns Football Ground - only 3 minutes drive!! If you are an avid AFL fan then ask your host when booking if there is game during your stay and whether the Van Vliet Villa Reserved Seating is available.
SKILLED STADIUM - Rugy League Titans Home Ground only 14mins drive. Want to catch a game? Ask your host about a stay and play package in the Van Vliet Villa reserved seating.
SHOPPING - Robina Town Centre is an 8 minute drive, the future CBD of the Gold Coast and also one of the best shopping centres in the Southern Hemisphere featuring both Myers & David Jones as well as a wide selection of shops, dining, cinemas and entertainment. We are also only 8 minutes to Pacific Fair (Broadbeach) and only a few minutes to Nerang CBD and our local corner store is within walking distance.

The Hinterland also features a host of wildlife. Tamborine Mountain is a must to visit as is Springbrook National Park and Lamington National Park. The Hinterland also features some fabulous boutique wineries where you can taste delicious wines and exquisite food.
GOLFING ENTHUSIASTS - You can have your pick of great courses, all within a 2-10 minute drive. Courses such as Emerald Lakes (see below information), Royal Pines, Lakelands, The Colonial, Palm Meadows, Robina Woods, The Glades, Surfers Paradise, Carrara Gardens, and many more Golf Clubs are all nearby.
EMERALD LAKES GOLF CLUB - a 2 minutes drive from "Van Vliet Villa" the jewel in the crown of this master-planned community and one of the Gold Coast's premier golf courses.
Host to the Queensland PGA Championships, this par 72 course was designed by Australian golfing icon Graham Marsh and enjoys huge popularity.
