LIVING AREA
The expansive open plan living area has been planned with a clever mixture of sophistication and style. This area opens out through large sliding doors to the alfresco dining area, pool, spa overlooking the expansive waterfront with view of the Surfers Paradise Skyline. There is a second living area on the upper floor and the home is fully airconditioned for your comfort.
Other special features are a pool table, private cinema room, swimming pool and spa (not heated) together with Cable TV, Playstation 3, XBOX and an iPod docking system. FREE INTERNET AVAILABLE
BEDROOMS
With seven bedrooms and six bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone.
The spacious master suite on the second level has city skyline views from the private balcony together with an ensuite and walk in robe. There are a further four bedrooms on this level, two with their own ensuites and another full bathroom.
A second master suite downstairs also has an ensuite and walk in robe andopens out to a courtyard, There is another bedroom downstairs and a full bathroom.

Bedding can either be as Kings or singles depending on your requirements.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The designer kitchen has featured in magazines with a large butlers pantry, two dishwashers, a wine fridge, coffee machine, steam oven and a conventional oven. The sleek design features stone benchtops and is an entertainer's delight. The kitchen flows seamlessly to the indoor dining and onto the alfresco area.
CINEMA
The massive screen and reclining movie chairs and bean bags will take your breath away.
OUTDOORS
The expansive waterfront gives way to city skyline views and the entertaining area has a BBQ and overlooks the pool, spa and waterfront. Please note the spa is NOT heated.
There is a lovely sandy beach with your own pontoon to tie your boat to or fish from.

This home is situated in a premier location only a 5 minute walk to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Broadbeach is well known as the best location to holiday on the Gold Coast. With the fantastic restaurants and cafes, shopping, nightlife, Casino and Convention centre and of course our beautiful beaches it is the perfect holiday destination. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

As Vue de Monde is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 10pm to 8 am.
