Description
This apartment is the closest to the beach in the block, and has a large window view out to the Tollgate Islands.
There is one queen bed and one single bed, so, the apartment caters for Singles, Couples, or a family of three. The second bedroom has a table, which can be used as a desk for your computer, so, it's an ideal location for those on business.
There is a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, sink, so you can feel right at home. There is a washing machine and dryer (and clothesline around back), so you don't have to worry about going out to a laundry.
There is an undercover car space for this apartment.
There is a shopping center across the road, with an IGA Supermarket, Chemist, Bottle Shop and 3 restaurants.
Also, it is only a short distance from Catalina Country Club, Malua Bay Bowling Club, Batemans Bay Servicemans Club, and Batemans Bay Bowling Club. All these clubs have courtesy buses that will come and pick you up, so you don't have to worry about driving. My pick for food is the Catalina Country club.
While we are on the club topic; Catalina Country Club is a 27 hole golf course that will be a test for the best of golfers, and welcomes both social and competition players. There's also the bowling clubs, which welcome visitors; these are Malua Bay or Batemans Bay.
When you stay you'll have beautiful beach walks at your doorstep but not far away is a cliff, beach and trail walk to Malua Bay.
Nearby is the much acclaimed Mogo Zoo, and Mogo Town, where you can pan for gold, or just shop at the numerous outlets in town. There are markets every Saturday at Moruya, 25 minutes away, or go a little further to Tilba. Other towns that you can drive to are; Tuross Heads, Narooma, Bermagui, Merimbula, Bega & Eden.
If you are looking for a relaxing break, or, maybe even an activity type holiday for you and the kids, you will not disappointed. I'd be surprised if you do not return.
During 'off-season' we do not mind a 3pm check-out. Please let us know.
