From the start of planning our Easter long weekend, my correspondence with Carolina was excellent and she was very helpful, even with my million questions.
We had a hiccup upon first arriving as we were given the wrong code for the key safe, although I called Carolina and she gave me the new code and we were in the house shortly after. The house itself is beautiful! We had 11 people staying and didnt once feel like it was cramped, its so spacious which is what you need with that many people. The bedrooms were big and bathrooms are huge! There was plenty of the staple supplies which you dont usually get (e.g. toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder), and that made a HUGE difference.
It was a great location, close to the beach and Noosa Junction/Hastings St. Although it says the beach is walking distance, we drove as it is a little far and the house is on a big hill (probably not ideal for kids, and were lazy). The balcony is really big and has a great view, lovely for breakfast in the morning!
The only complaints I would have are:
- The garden is FULL of bindies (little round prickle things), and we were all constantly standing on them by accident or finding them in our clothes/shoes. Definitely not ideal if you have kids.
- There needs to be more than one wheelie bin. We stayed 4 nights and there was obviously a lot of rubbish, so we had to place it next to the bin eventually as it was full.
Things that could be improved but definitely didnt affect our stay in any way:
- Screen doors on the balcony doors, or mozzie screens. As it was hot we had to keep the sliding glass doors open for breeze, although flies and mozzies came in. Also would be good to be able to close off the balcony for kids/pets
- Radio is very old and didnt get reception half the time
- An actual bed rather than a fold out sofa in the bottom bedroom wouldve been better, but understand this is costly.

I loved it!
Just wanted to let you know that we had a great weekend in Noosa.
Since you mentioned that youve only recently made the place available for rent I thought you may like to hear some feedback.
Things we liked:
Lovely place + view
Clean/tidy
Everything worked
Great location
Great pots + pans
Things that could be improved (by no means were any of the below a major issue):
Curtains (now added)
TV/radio in the upstairs lounge room
A large chopping board (now Fixed)
Anyway, we all had a great time and would certainly consider heading back to your place in the future.
The chocolates and note was a nice touch as well
