Milton is 3 km away and North Mollymook just one 1km.

Ideal family holiday house with large fenced in lawn back yard, perfect for cricket.

Easy family living layout.

Upstairs, includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, flowing to dining, lounge and large deck. Separate TV nook.

Downstairs is practical with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is satellite TV, and large covered deck onto a safe fenced lawn, perfect for young children or teenagers.
