Kitchen & Dining:
Compact kitchenette with all that you need - sink, microwave, single cooktop, bar fridge, crockery, cutlery and glassware ... or cook outdoors on the BBQ instead. Breakfast goodies provided. Dining table seats four.

Generous sofa looking out to the pool and garden. As part of the kitchen dining space, a relaxed area to sit and chat while preparing a meal, or to lay back in the afternoon sun and read the paper.
Extra Bedding:
The living area sofa unfolds to make a comfortable double bed, sleeping two extra guests ... whether children or adults. Additionally, the open-plan main bedroom space can be supplied with a single bed or cot for families with younger children.

Everyday Pricing is $180 per night or $250 per night on weekends. School Holiday Pricing is $230 per night with a minimum three night stay. Special Event Pricing is $280 per night. Always check with owner for any specials or minimum stay requirements during special events & public holidays
