This is our privately owned large 3 bedroom villa, the only 3 bedroom on front. Our villa has a 13mt frontage with magnificent views overlooking the ocean from master bedroom, lounge, kitchen, dining and patio. Our family have been enjoying our holidays in Kalbarri with our 4 children (now adults) for over 33 years. (not all of these years here in our villa as it is not that old) This has been a treasure of a villa for us and we would love to pass these benefits on to our clients. TARIFFS
PEAK SEASON: Public Holidays & WA School Holidays. (SLEEPS 6)
$ 2436 per week. Minimum of 3 nights booking in WA School Holidays
$348 per night minimum of 3 nights School Holidays. (sleeps 6) $58 per person per night.
STANDARD SEASON: (SLEEPS 6) SPECIAL: STAY for 7 nights PAY FOR 6
$188 per night for 2 people with a minimum of 3 nights
$15 extra per person. (Sleeps 6 people) .

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount PEAK season must be received in full 60 days prior to occupancy. STANDARD season balance 14 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation of booking 31 days or more prior to arrival a full refund less deposit is returned. Less than 31 days a 50% refund. Less than 7 nights no refund will be issued.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests or ring us to request later time.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Pets are not allowed.
Bond of $150 is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded in full to the clients nominated account subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc. .
