Experience many Happy Days in this ultra modern, spacious , 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ,2 level home. Close to beautiful Surfies Point beach,kids love exploring the rockpools at low tide.
Comprising 2 separate , living areas [ both with TV and DVD ], modern fully fitted kitchen ,dining area.
Kids can relax downstairs and parents can enjoy a glass of wine and solitude upstairs on a deck amongst the ti-trees.There are 3 exterior decks,one with gas Weber BBQ.
The house will accomodate up to 5 guests, the bed configuration is 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 1 double /single bunk.
There is a trampoline downstairs for the kids,[under parental supervision]
Linen and towels can be hired upon request.
Parking for up to 3 cars but garage is unavailable for use.
Happy Days is a council registered quality accomodation provider.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Strictly No Parties / Functions and No Schoolies Groups
No additional guests staying other than those booked.
Unsuitable for pets.
No Smoking.
