The house is perfect for two people to enjoy a romantic weekend by the coast or for two families to share comfortably.
Divided into two distinct living areas adjoined by a spacious living/dining kitchen area this property has the perfect layout for everybody to sit back relax, read, play tennis or go for leisurely walks. Within ten minutes walk to the Portsea village and front beach or 5 minutes to the beautifully tranquil Shelly Beach the residence is ideally located. Nothing is too far away to enjoy those lazy days...

The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as follows:
1 King Bedroom (with en suite)
1 King Bedroom
1 Queen Bedroom
2 Singles Bedroom
2 Bunk Beds (ie 4 beds)

The Bunk bedroom and Queen bedroom share one bathroom, on one side of the house.
The other kIng bedroom share the bathroom (with a large bath) with the single bed bedroom.
The open plan living area (which divides the 2 sleeping areas) has an open fire place with 2 sitting areas and a dinning table. There is also another separate TV room.
