Description
This great beach house has everything you could want to have a great holiday with family and friends. It has an open plan design with polished floor boards which incorprates large lounge and dining plus kitchen with granite benches, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The house is fully set up to make your stay comforatble and enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans to prepare home cooked meals. The open plan living area which opens up to a large deck and has a great leafy outlook. The lounge has a 42 inch Plasma TV, DVD and Video player, Stereo, ipod/iphone dock and Wii games for your entertainment.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 have queen beds, the other bedroom has 2 king single beds plus 2 king single trundle beds for that extra guest (they can be pulled out and have legs so they become the same height as the beds). The master bedroom, with its own LCD TV and DVD player, has an ensuite (shower/basin/toilet) plus the house has a seperate bathroom with bathtub, shower and a separte toilet. The house has a seperate laundry with dryer and outside access.
For all year around comfort, the property has ducted heating and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The property is fully fenced, has a large backyard for kids to run around and there is a swing set, monkey Bars, totem tennis for the the kids to enjoy. There is an outdoor table and chairs to sit back and watch the kids play.
The fantasic large deck provides a leafy outlook and runs from the front of the house down the side with an outdoor setting, umbrella, BBQ and 2 sun lounge chairs to sit back, relax and enjoy. A great place for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner with easy access to the kitchen. Around the side of the deck a second area to sit, play darts and relax.
The property also has a Double Carport and can fit a Boat.
We have a selection of DVD's for adults/kids and board games to play, books/magazines to read and enjoy. Boogie boards for the beach too.
All you need to do is pack your bags, bring the family, relax and enjoy.
