Central base with short drive to Arthus Seat, Red Hill Wineries, Peninsula Springs, Golf, Marina, Sorrento shops, Portsea, Back beaches, horse riding etc
Bond: Rental equivalent or $500 minimum.
Deposit 10% on booking
Balance is required a week prior.
Linen included - pillows, doonas & covers, sheets and extra blankets, even bathroom towels, tea towels etc
Guests are required to tidy up after themselves and leave the house in reasonable clean and tidy state .
Additional cleaning charge $100 flat rate for house only or if unit is also used $130 flat rate.

I would definitely consider staying at Holiday Memories again for a weekend down on the Peninsula. The house was very comfortable and Libby was very helpful when I asked for recommendations within the region. Thank you for a very stress free weekend!

Fantastic house! Comfortably sleeps 12 adults and has a lovely outdoor dining table on the deck. Very close to the freeway, shops and beach too.

House was very nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Plenty of room for all of our 8 adults, 1 child and 2 babies in porta cots. Our dog was more than happy in the back yard and was securely fenced in. Had everything you needed. Owner was lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Excellent property. We had a smaller group (5 adults) in Rosebud for a wedding so only stayed one night, however, the property is very well set out for 2 families or larger group of friends.
We also had a dog that was very well catered for in the secure back yard.
We hope to be back in the new year for a longer stay!

Spacious for 8-10 people. Everything is provided including toilet paper and rubbish bags. Close to shops and most importantly a short drive to the hot springs. Great place for a medium size group. One minor suggestion. A hot tub/jacuzzi in the backyard :)

The house was great. 10 adults fitted nicely on a cold winters weekend away. We all enjoyed our time here immensely.
