Centrally located, this 3 bedroom house is 10mins from the Perth CBD, Ascot Raceway, Perth Domestic Airport and Burswood resort.
The lounge room has TV / DVD and Ipod Dock. There is also an assortment of DVD's, boardgames and children's books and activities. For your comfort there is an airconditioner in the living area for Summer and an open fire place in Winter. Firewood can be supplied ready for your stay on request, for a small fee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable inc: Dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, coffee perculator, toaster, kettle and more. Breakfast packages are available on request. The pantry is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. Other supplies inc with all weekly stays are: washing machine powder, laundry liquid, dishwashing powder, tea towels and soap.
The large alfresco area has a 6 seater outdoor setting and gas BBQ. However with the river so close you may chose to BBQ / picnic on the foreshore.
There is a separate laundry with washer and dryer.
