Located in quiet Baker street, this house accomodates 10 adults or alternatively 3 small families in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ensuites. In total, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, there is a second bedroom with two double beds, there is a third bedroom with one double bed, and there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds. The house comprises a huge kitchen, meals / family room with a combustion heater for those cold nights, and a rumpus room with a 7 x 5 billiard table. The house is fully airconditioned. Although meters from the beach, there is a fully tiled inground swimming pool which is solar heated, the pool is fenced and fully council regulations compliant. There is a double garage for car accomodation and two additional cars could be accomodated within the front yard. There is no doubt this is one of the finest properties available on the coast for holiday rental. Pre booking inspections are welcome. Families and smaller groups are encouraged to discuss adjusted rates to suit their requirements.

Thoroughly recommend this house. We had 3 families stay very comfortably, heaps of room, great access to the beach and shops. It had more than enough equipment in the house to use and Lionel was very helpful to deal with. House was immaculate! Def planning to return.

My family and I stayed over the long weekend in March.The house is beautifully appointed,spotless and spacious enough to sleep eight adults and four children comfortably.The pool is great ,the beach a short stroll away.Lionel made us feel very welcome and just a phone call away if we need him. We had the best weekend,we will definitely return

Thank you so much to Lionel and his partner for sharing their home with us, We didnt leave the place for the entire weekend, it had absoluteky everything you could possobly need - what a fabulous house! The photos do not do the place nearly enough justice and we could not recoomend it enough! We will definately be back again......!

absolutely amazing house for myself and our group of 12. Lionel showed full trust in us and allowed us to enjoy our amazing time away. Also whenever help was needed Lionel was only a phone call away. With the beach only around the corner as well as shops and restaurants, it is in an ideal location. Even on the days where it non stopped rained, with a pool table, foxtel, and large spacious areas, we always had something to do. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning in the future.

Undoubtedly one of the finest holiday homes we have had the pleasure to stay in. Lionel & April have left no stone unturned with everything you could need or want in this wonderful house. In fact, my family & I in the end refered to this place as "the house that just keeps giving" as anything we needed was surely enough there at out disposal. My children had no trouble at all settling in with the wonderful in ground pool & all the other bits & pieces you would need to make the stay more than enjoyable. With a quick 5 minute walk to the beach & short walk to the shops, this location is A1 & I can not speak more highly enough of the great experience my family had thanks to this home. Our family stayed in this gorgeous, roomy, well appointed house with another family over the cup weekend. The kids were either in the pool or "playing pool" Lovely short walk to wide beach(and cafe overlooking beach) You can even walk to Barwon Heads by trail or along beach. Super clean and beautiful furnishings. Very kind, helpful owners. Everything you could want!

WE STAYED HERE FOR OUR YEARLY GIRLS WEEKEND AWAY,AND LOVED IT!! UPON OUR ARRIVAL WE WHERE MET BY THE LOVELY OWNERS LIONEL AND APRIL, WHO MADE US FEEL SO WELCOME.IT IS A BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED MODERN/VICTORIAN HOME,OPEN BRIGHT AND COZY FEEL TOO.IT HAS AMPLE AMOUNTS OF BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS/UNSUITES SUITED FOR LARGER FAMILIES OR BIG GROUP STAYS.THE HUGE BIG KITCHEN OVERLOOKS A FAB OUTDOOR ENTERAINMENT AREA COMPLETE WITH A GREAT POOL,YOU COULD SPEND THE WHOLE DAY THERE, OR AT THE BEACH WHICH IS ONLY A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY.THE SHOPS AND CAFES ARE ALSO ONLY MINUTES AWAY. AT NIGHT,NO NEED TO HIT THE TOWN,STAY HOME,TURN UP THE MUSIC AND SHOOT A FEW GAMES OF POOL IN THE WONDERFUL RUMPUS ROOM, SUCH A GREAT WAY TO SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS.
