Kim's Pavilion - freshly painted on the outside and recently on the inside. The home is tastefully decorated comprising of 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, a large pavilion entertaining area with dining table, reading nook, large flat screen television and dvd player; leading out to swimming pool and very spacious, fully fenced backyard for the family and dogs to run around. And you can even watch television from the pool !
Our property is a short 1km walk to pet friendly Sunrise Beach and Beach Chalet Cafe. Just around the corner are the local shops comprising of doctors, chemist, bottle shop, bakery, butcher and supermarket. The local surf club, Sunshine Beach has a great restaurant and also a courtesy bus for pick ups & drops offs. Noosa Junction is just up the road; 3 mins by car, which hosts Coles, Target, specialty shops, cafes, restaurants and picture theatre. And just over the hill is Hastings Street, Noosa Beach, Noosa River (sunset cruising, bike or kayak hire), Noosa National Park and the very fine cafes, restaurants and specialty shops.
Noosa is host to many events throughout the year : triathalons, music, food & wine festivals, surfing competitions; there's always plenty of things to see and do.....

What a fantastic holiday we just had! Such a welcoming home with everything you need. The outdoor area is huge, and the pool is amazing. Close to the beach but to tell you the truth the house was too nice to even leave! Will be recommending to everyone we know and can't wait to come back and stay!

We had such a wonderful holiday in Noosa & surrounds based from Kim's Pavillion. The home itself is lovely & we appreciated all the thoughtful things Kim provided to make our stay well catered for & comfortable. Our dogs loved it too with the secure back garden & we could keep an eye on them while we were in the pool. We found Sunrise Beach a good place to stay - only a few minutes in any direction & you have access to so many wonderful things that Noosa has to offer.

Hi Everyone,
WOW. This house is perfect for a couple on their own or for a family and pet. We were the latter and everyone was so relaxed and totally enjoyed ourselves. We arrived in the rain but cleared by day three and the rest of the week was fabulous. The house is in a quiet street but thats what you want when you go on holiday to get away from it all. We still did the tourist thing through the day and came home to have a beautiful meal from the kitchen or the bbq. Kim's Pavillion is definitly your home away from home. If you want the perfect holiday house in Noosa rather than a stuffy unit thats hard to find and difficult to drive into then this is it.

Four women stayed for a kid free weekend for two nights and the house was clean and immaculate. Even the rain could not dampen us enjoying ourselves with the wonderful entertainment area. House was perfect for us and also will be perfectly suited to a family and the pet dog.We hope to return again and will be recommending it to others. Thankyou Kim.

We had the best time on our stay at Kims Pavillon. From the moment we left on our holiday Kim aadvised that we could arrive earlier than the 2pm check in & from there it was the start of the best time away. Our little pooch "Cooper" was also with us & he was very impressed with the doggy treats Kim had left for him, as was his owners with the wine! Everything was very close by for the attractions we wanted to see. There was nothing that we could say we needed staying at the home, it was just perfect. We liked it so much we have booked Kims Pavillion again for this year. Kim also does great art work!! Kay, Michael & Cooper

We had the most amazing time over Christmas at Kim's Pavilion. With family visiting from the UK the house provided a wonderful base to explore Noosa and the rest of the Sunshine Coast. The house is so beautifully appointed with all you need and then some, especially watching the Boxing Day test on the outdoor TV!
The pool was great for a quick dip and the beach was a short walk away. Our two little pooches really enjoyed their holiday too.

Dear Kim and Graham! It was a pleasure staying in your house. It was superb! From the moment we arrived we were blown away by how beautiful the house was, the attention to detail you both have and how stunning the surroundings are! It was the perfect place for our honeymoon and even better, our Labrador Abbey could enjoy the trip with us! It was so comfortable, relaxing and just perfect. The house was so spacious with everything we needed. The pool was always a lovely temperature and sitting outside was a delight. Such a nice spot! It is quiet and you really feel like you are in a private resort! We highly recommend and would love o come back! Also thank you for the wine and chocolates with wedding card. It was so sweet as newly weds to have that! It shows what incredible people you are and that you really care about your guests! Thank you! x

What a GORGEOUS property. I was so glad my sisters and I had the oppurtunity to stay at this fantastic house with an even better location. We were in Noosa for a wedding and this place just made the visit to Noosa so memorable. The house is extremly clean and easy to maintain. The backyard and pool area really is what makes the house. being from Melbourne, we made very good use of the pool and sun chairs throughout our stay. Would reccomend this property to families and friends who just need to get away from a crazy city like Melbourne. Thanks again Kim :)

We stayed over the Queens Birthday long weekend. Much to our 'non-surprise' it rained (always rains on our beach holidays :)
Thank God, we had a beautiful home to stay in and had a great time regardless. It was pleasant sitting on the patio and hearing the rain hitting the palm trees and the smell of the gorgeous foliage bought out by the rain in the gardens that surrounded us.
Our dog was very happy and even more excited to receive treats from her new 'Auntie Kim', (and so was Mum (me) with a nice cold bottle of wine... Always a winner!).
The house itself is exceptional and the architecture spaces out the main and guest rooms uniquely so all adults can have privacy (with kiddy's together on the opposite side, yay! Not that we have human babies, but I imagine).
We were the 'master chefs' with the awesome kitchen and the BBQ out the back and put on the best dinner party for our relatives ever on the Sunday with great food, candles (provided) and MY awesome company of course, after my lovely bottle of wine!
I can't say enough about the owners pride in their investment to provide a comfortable, special holiday home for others to enjoy.
Kim is very accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will be making plans to stay again.... Honestly, I would be very surprised if you weren't impressed with all facets of this holiday home especially with the competitive price that is asked for accommodation....
My husband and I drove home dreaming of a future owning a home like this one day. Have a great stay, I wish u the sun... But if u do stay here, really, who cares, it's awesome anyhow! Shelley

Lovely house - clean, quiet and close to the beach and shops (with a very helpful owner at the supermarket). Kids loved the pool too. All you need for a relaxing holiday.
We did not bring our dog in the end but would be great for pets - the place is well fenced and there are even a few dog biscuits to make your pooch feel at home. Sunrise beach seems to be leash free as far as we could tell.
Kim was also very friendly and efficient.
Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kim's Pavilion. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. Every thing what you need was there. I have only one problem now because my wife wants to buy the same style of decorations what she saw in the house.
