This is a house with a casual " beachy" feel with breathtaking ocean views that include the imposing Cabarita Headland.
This is BEACHFRONT, there are no roads to cross, just waves to ride.
Cabarita Beach is a patrolled beach, unspoilt and not crowded.
Sometimes you can see whales playing along the front.
You are greeted on arrival with a complimentary bottle of wine to kick off a relaxing stay in your own private sanctuary.
At night,when it's nice and quiet, sit on the veranda and see the moon come up over the water.
The House is 2 storied and you enter through a large barn door at street level.
On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom and laundry.
Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors which lead out onto the grass and then to the beach. The doors can be securely locked if necessary , at night.
There is a lovely grassy area beachside at the end of the ramp from the veranda for children to play.
Cabarita Dreaming is a very child friendly Beach House, and your own sanctuary to relax and enjoy.
Check in and check out times can be quite flexible as you liaise with the owner.
Cabarita Dreaming now has 2 TV's with Austar and 8 sport's channels to enjoy.
UPSTAIRS:
There is a lounge, with LCD TV & DVD,and DVD's available.
The dining room, well stocked library nook, day bed and open adjoining well equipped kitchen.
There is complimentary tea and coffee.
The view out to the ocean is seen from any of these areas. A convenient powder room adjoins.
There are wrap around covered verandas on 3 sides where there is a barbecue and 2 tables and chairs for alfresco dining.
Stroll through a glass louvered walkway to your large master bedroom, which has top quality bed linen on a super comfortable king size bed.
Lie up in bed and look at the waves rolling in.
The en-suite has a spa bath, separate shower and adjoining toilet and bidet.

What an absolutely gorgeous location. Cabarita is a beautiful beach - not too busy and surrounded by bush and nature reserves. Just a lovely patch of grass between the deck and the beach. This house has everything you need including handy shops and cafes just a short stroll away. There are great places to run if you feel energetic, no need to use the car to get anywhere. A great outdoor play space for kids. A beach perfect for frisbee, soccer, cricket and of course swimming and sand-castles. We will be back for sure!
