Nautilus is located at the quiet eastern end of Somers. It is a two story brick home with lovely views out over Western Port Bay towards Philip Island. The back gate leads directly down the steps to the beach - go left to 5 kilometres of secluded beach or turn right to family swimming.
The home is suitable for 2 couples or two adults and two children. The bedrooms are upstairs with views of the sea and each has a separate bathroom. Downstairs has a fully appointed kitchen and laundry with all amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate lounge and dining room. There is a Gas Fireplace and for hot days an air conditioner.
The garden is well maintained and contains a variety of rose bushes and fruit trees. A barbecue and garden furniture are available.
