MULBERRY COTTAGE - Millview Estate
A quaint 4-bedroom cottage set on a ½ acre block in the quiet, peace-loving hamlet of Millfield. With stunning views of the Watagan Mountains Mulberry Cottage is ideally located, only 10 minutes from the famous Hunter Valley vineyards, ten minutes from Cessnock and ten minutes from the historic Wollombi Village.
Privately owned, we have thought of all the comforts we look for when we travel. Beautifully appointed and comfortably furnished the house features a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. It has a separate lounge and dining room and 4 large bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a massive spa / ensuite and a walk-in robe. There is a separate toilet / shower with bath in the second bathroom.
A large verandah wraps around the back of the house and is perfect to enjoy breakfast, whilst taking in the views, the fresh country air and having your solitude disturbed only by the laugh of a kookaburra or the warbling call of the magpies. The local shop is only a short stroll in the morning to pick up the morning paper and freshly baked croissants for breakfast.
Whether you are here to attend a wedding, join a winery tour or are attending one of the many music acts / festivals in the Hunter, we are confident you will enjoy your stay at Mulberry cottage and wont want to leave.
Our rates are competitive and represent excellent value for money.
We can organise a fresh country do it yourself breakfast pack containing fresh local bacon, eggs, bread and tomatoes and mushrooms. $15 pp.

Mulberry Cottage is rented on a 'per room' basis, as seen below.
Any rooms not being used will be locked off.
WEEKEND (2 night minimum stay. Not including 3 night long weekends)
Master bedroom with ensuite - $600.00 2 night weekend
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - $720.00 2 night weekend
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - $1020.00 2 night weekend
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - $1360.00 2 night weekend
~Additional nights weekend are charged at $62.50 per person.
MID-WEEK (2 night minimum stay)
Master bedroom with ensuite - $510.00 2 nights mid-week
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - $612.00 2 nights mid-week
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - $867.00 2 nights mid-week
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - $1156.00 2 nights mid-week
~Additional nights mid-week are charged at $50.00 per person.
*Please note that we are unable to accept more guests than we have beds for. This is against regulations for the industry and our duty of care/safety guidelines.. If you require accommodation for more than 8 adults please contact us to arrange pr add another property for your booking.

Near by boutique vineyards ~
Millbrook Estate, Noyce Brothers, Stonehurst, Undercliff, Wollombi Village Vineyard or Wollombi Wines. Call in to the iconic Wollombi Tavern for a glass of THE famous Dr Jurd's Jungle Juice!
On the way home drop in to Lavendar Gate Farm and wow the kids (big and small alike) with the sculpture park.
