Beyond the Norwood precinct, Adelaide's East End Rundle Street, National Wine Centre, Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Zoo, Art Gallery, Museum, Adelaide Oval, Hospital and University are only a 10 minute walk. We cater for Adelaide's festival lovers including those attending The Fringe, The Adelaide Festival, Womad, The Tour Down Under, V8 Supercars street circuit, and the International Horse Trials. It is centrally situated for day trips to South Australia's famous wine regions including Barossa, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills and Clare Valley.

What a perfect property in a perfect location! We were so comfortable and felt so at home. Evening meals in the courtyard were so relaxing. Safe, secure and so convenient to the Parade.

A fantastic 2 bedroom property perfectly located to the main CBD precinct in Norwood. The accommodation is of high quality inside and boasts a beautiful outdoor area to relax in and enjoy. Craig was a perfect Stayz host who helped to arrange all details related to the stay. We will definitely be return customers!

Very clean, modern and comfortable appartment with all the necessities. Location was brilliant as wonderful resturants on "The Parade" were only a short stroll away. Would highly recommend!

A quiet apartment with huge bedrooms and a fantastic location. Only a few minutes walk away from over a dozen restaurants, supermarkets and boutique shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
