Wonderfully convenient location - close to the trams, buses,train station and shopping! Clean and tidy with great kitchen, shower and towels. Very easy to deal with property owners. The rooms had everything we needed except airconditioning - Melbourne at its hottest is not pleasant without A/C. Unfortunately fans are just not enough!!

Great location, right in the middle of CBD. Very comfortable apartment, lots of space. Owners were taking very good care of us, very happy to meet us up with keys and showed us the apartment. Across the road from Tourist Visiting center - was easy to find out where to go and what to do.

The apartment is in a great location, very central to everything in the CBD.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Melbourne.
Could have been left a little bit cleaner than it was when we first arrived, but other than that, the owner was very obliging and we were able to do an early check-in which we appreciated.

Fantastic location, the apartment was comfortable and in great order- but what was really impressive was how helpful the property manager and the owner were in ensuring our needs were met (with 3 small kids- we had a few)- they were very accommadating- excuse the pun!! Recommend this property highly.

I MUST SAY THAT MY FAMILY AND I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME IN MELBOURNE. THE CBD FLINDERS HOUSE 2 BEDROOM APT WHERE WE STAYED FOR 4 NIGHTS PROVED TO BE A RIGHT DECISION FROM THE BEGINNING. AMBIENCE AND FACILITIES SUPERB. THUMBS UP FOR SAFETY TOO. IT HAS ALSO PUT US IN THE RIGHT LOCATION WHERE BREAKFAST CAFES AND GROCERIES STORE ARE JUST AROUND THE CORNER AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS ONLY A FEW MINUTES WALK. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR MELBOURNE TRIP A MEMORABLE ONE.
p/s I would like to rate for excellent or outstanding but that will give no space for improvement :)

Apartment very comfortable;great location(a bit noisy at night but right in the city so to be expected!) May I suggest an inexpensive pedestal fan would be a big plus(also a plug for the bath!!)

The apartment and vicinity was great. It was lovely and spacious and it was in easy walking distance to the trams and buses. We arrived earlier than the check in time and we were able to get into the apartment. All in all a great place to stay.

We came up for Melbourne Cup week.The 2 bedroom apartment was secure,clean and spacious, perfect for 4 people. It was centrally located to Flinders station, Degraves lane, Bourke St Malls, etc.
We plan on renting this again next year!

The location of this apartment is perfect, right in the hub, and within 10 metres of 2 laneways with cafes shopping. The apartment is just lovely, new furniture, and everything you could need in the kitchen, and even had a dryer and washing machine! The bulding is very sercure and you feel like youve stepped into a downtown american block.
The owner is very attentive and friendly. We will never stay anywhere else in Melbourne after finding this gem!
