Description
Forrest is a beautifully bright and light beach house, with floorboards throughout the open plan living/kitchen, carpet in most bedrooms, and a modern kitchen with quality appliances. The meals area adjacent to the kitchen has a setting for 8 with plenty of extra chairs available whenever needed. Boasts brand new Weber BBQ for enjoying meals with family and friends. A great house for summer or winter!
The living area has split system air conditioning, 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD, Foxtel & stereo. This room overlooks the swimming pool (with new fully frame-less glass fence so you can relax in ease while your little ones play) and surrounding deck area.
Each of the bedrooms has a queen bed. Master bedroom has an ensuite. The other 3 bedrooms all run off a large light filled hall which has a bathroom and separate toilet off the laundry room. A cot and highchair are supplied for the little ones.
The property contains a split system air-conditioning system in the living/kitchen and ducted heating is throughout. Fans are available for use.
Foxtel, games and books are available for guest use.
