For a relaxing private holiday, the BOATHOUSE is the place. Set amongst gum trees with kookaburras, lorikeets,cockatoos,ducks,pelicans you will find it relaxing, whilst at the same time,close to all the action. The BOATHOUSE has its own private jetty for sunset drinks plus use of the owners kayak for exploring beautiful Avoca Lake if you wish.
There is plenty of parking at the back. The BOATHOUSE.
has a private deck with a BBQ, Lounge,and outdoor setting all overlooking a tranquil garden and out to the lake and the jetty..
Inside,the BOATHOUSE has a fully equiped kitchen, a queen size bed tv modern bathroom, books, games dvs linen,beach towels, beach umbrella are all supplied. .

OUT AND ABOUT AVOCA BEACH

Avoca's award winning theatre is wthin walking distance and has all the local releases. There are numerous good cafes, restaurants,clothing shops all 150 metere walk from The BOATHOUSE. Avoca has lovely walks,interesting wildlife,
and is is a famous surfing beach. There are tennis courts for hire as well.

The well known LIZOTTES restaurant is a few klms away and they have a free pick up bus from THE BOATHOUSE. Avoca Beach Surf Club is a popular wedding, 21st venue and many people stay for this purpose
