Kangriole Margaret River is a spacious and solid limestone house set amongst the native bush in a relaxed and quiet location with a private tennis court (Racquet and balls not supplied).
There are multiple living areas, four bedrooms that sleep up to 9 and 2 bathrooms including a bath tub. Big or little kids can enjoy the garage games area with a table tennis set up and comfy lounges.
Other features include outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ and lovely cosy pot belly to warm up the entire house.Being a ten minute drive to town and five to the beach, Redgate, Xanadu, and many other wineries even closer this house is perfectly located.

This house is the top of the heap for places to stay. Lovely, well-maintained property with room for three families. The tennis courts were the perfect place for kids to play tennis and ride their bikes. The home itself has two social spaces, enough seating for everyone and a functional kitchen with. I delayed in writing this glowing review because part of me wants to keep this gem a secret so we can rent it often with friends and family. Do enjoy, this house is top notch!
