Great location, stunning view of the Swan River and city. Extremely clean and well equipped spacious apartment, the air conditioning was essential.
Please note the twin room is very small with no wardrobe.

Older style building but modern renovated apartment. Now has internet access. Good location especially if you don't want to stay right in Perth. Great views from very private balcony. Lots of homely extras usually not found elsewhere. Has everything you need. Only one bathroon but we managed. Very comfortable, very quite. Will definately use this again

Very beautiful place,nice views.Very close to the city.would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends.Only suggestion is about secure parking ,I think it should be inclusive with the accommodation fees.

Apartment is very tastefully decorated, clean and well presented. The beds were comfortable.
The views of Perth City from the apartment are spectacular and change with the going down and coming up of the sun. Secure parking is available. What my 16 year old daughter liked the most were the complimentary cappachino sachets!

SwanView apartments were an excellent choice for me and my family on our recent seven day holiday in Perth. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and central for our visits North and South of Perth. The fully furnished and equipped kitchen was great for the quiet evening family dinners.
I will definitely be coming back on my next visit and would recommend SwanView to all my friends who intend to visit Perth and who need accomodation for at least a week.
