Jacaranda villa is a spacious 4 bedroom villa that sleeps up to 14 and is surrounded by stunning tropical gardens and a coastal lagoon. It has been recently renovated including new furniture, bedding and prints. The outdoor deck enjoys morning sun and overlooks the resort pool and gardens, ideal for long lazy breakfasts to the sounds of the local bird life. A short walk will take you to Korora beach which includes a kids playground and barbeque area and is ideal for surfing, fishing, walking and playing in the sand.
The villa's open plan living area enjoys lots natural light during the day and features high ceilings and polished timber floors. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped for self-catering. The main bathroom features a spa bath while the downstairs bathroom includes a washing machine and dryer. You cannot help but relax and unwind in this spacious villa surrounded by tropical gardens and coastal lagoon.
Please note that cots & highchairs can be supplied on request at a cost of $25 per stay.
The villa has one under cover car park with additional street parking at the end of Tropic Lodge Place (a quiet court with no passing traffic).
The villa is perfect for family holidays. With swimming pools, playgrounds, games room, free canoes, internet access and a nearby beach, there is plenty to keep the kids entertained. If you have an indoor pet that is house trained and well behaved then they are more than welcome to join you. All I ask is that owners take responsibility for their pets and ensure that villa property is looked after during their stay.
Schoolies are welcome however additional conditions apply and a security bond is required.
BOOKINGS & ENQUIRIES
The villa is part of a boutique resort and is looked after by on-site mangers, Craig & Geraldine who will look after you during your stay. If you are interested in staying at Jacaranda or have further queries, you should submit an online booking request / query via Stayz (refer below for tariffs).
Please note that the Stayz booking calendar is kept up to date so you can rely on it when booking online. For extended stays, rates are negotiable so please don't hesitate to submit an inquiry or make an offer if you are working to a budget.
After making a reservation request, you will be issued with an invoice for a 20% deposit. This deposit must be paid within 7 days to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled prior to arrival.

I just wanted to say what a lovely holiday we all had in your fabulous holiday home. It was such a blessing to us to be able to enjoy one another's company, all of the family together, in one place! The kids had such a great time in the canoes, the pool and the games room, and on the playground, there was always something for them to enjoy. Meanwhile the adults got some well earned R&R. We haven't had a Coffs HArbour holiday in years and it has now become a family favourite. I'm sure you won't be surprised that we want to rebook for next year! I think my parents are hoping for 3 weeks next time, they had an absolute ball!

My family and I spent 5 days very enjoyable days at Jacaranda Villa in January. The villa was well maintained and contained everything we needed for a memorable holiday. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. We would recommend Jacaranda Villa without hesitation.

It was fantastic. Great value for money, a real family holiday location. Very easy/relaxed for our family. We also want to say that your friendly and prompt communication and generosity made the difference for us between a 3 night stopover and our 10 night holiday stay.
Craig was also fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.
We would recommend anybody stay in your villa and will definitely plan to come back.

We had a great family holiday at Jacaranda and the kids had an absolute ball. Craig & Geraldine were very helpful and the rooms looked great. We are disappointed that we didn't stay longer. Thanks for a great holiday, we will definitely recommend to friends and family.
