Open plan living with two moran leather lounges, digital tv and dvd/ video player. Dining and kitchen, full sized refrigerator, microwave and oven . sliding glass doors that lead to veranda with outdoor table and bbq. Enclosed fencing with rear access to the sand. Tiled throughout with three bedrooms. Main bedroom has queen size bed with built in wardrobes and tv. Second bedroom has bunk bed with single on top and double on the bottom, tv that could have a playstation attached to it and built ins. Third bedroom has built ins and single bed. Two bathrooms and two toilets, two showers and one bath. Also has outside shower to rinse off after swimming in the gorgeous ocean. Laundry and entry through the lock up garage. Air conditioning and fireplace.

What can you do at Birubi Beach and the surrounding area?

There are three beaches at your back door just metres away, ideal and safe for kids to swim and play , collect shells .The patrolled beach has surf that most surfers will call a great beach break, great when NE offshore breeze brings the best waves. On the patrolled beach you can enjoy a camel ride, roll down the sand dunes, go dune buggying, sunset walks. enjoy a coffee or breakfast at the beach restaurant at the surf club , or if you have a 4 wheel drive take it along the 38 km of flat beach to stockton .Children will explore the endless rock pools and fine white sand that oozes through your feet.
There are an array of shops just around the corner, post office, bottle shop, IGA, butcher, bread shop , restaurants, tavern, petrol station and chemist .



Strictly no pets allowed and No smoking .


Pillows , doonas and blankets supllied but no linen


Need a minimum of one weeks notice for booking to allow payment into bank account .
