Description
This is a large residence, with a new verandah extension overlooking the Pacific! Check the surf out from the window of the upstairs bedrooms and happily lie back down if there's no swell, cook up a BBQ breakfast then head over for a swim - or take the 4WD up the beach for a picnic lunch. The large fenced back yard would be the perfect place to house your family pet and across the road is the pet friendly beach. There plaently of acess to the side of the house to securely park your boat.
SLEEPS 11 with bedding consisting of:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x double bunk, 1x double bed, 2x single bed
Features include:
-Huge backyard for the afternoon cricket match, family pet and the boat.
-2 Bedrooms upstairs, one with wall mounted A/C the other with ceiling fan
-Large open living area and sleeping quarters downstairs for the kids.
-Bathroom with separate shower and toilet plus upstairs and second bathroom downstairs
-Laundry with washing machine and dryer
-Just a few minutes walk along the sand you can find the patrolled main beach and surf club.
SERVICES: Credit card: Visa, Master accepted (Surcharges Apply). After hours key pickup.
LINEN: Linen is not included; guests are required to supply their own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

NOTE: $25 Booking fee applied to all bookings. Christmas Bookings: Current Christmas bookings have preference to rebook from year to year, if a booking is made online for Christmas the period Evans Head First National reserves the right to cancel it. Guest have up until their vacating date to rebook after that time it will be open.
PET FRIENDLY: Pets are restricted to outside only and Evans Head First National will not be held responsible for the safety of your pet during your stay. If pet is found to be inside premises then extra cleaning charges will apply and be deducted from your security deposit. If fleas are found to be present after your stay in the property or grounds then the charge to have a flea spray will be deducted from the security details. If complaints are received from neighbouring properties regarding noise from pets then we will begin further proceedings to resolve the situation.
