‘Ocean Sands’ is a gorgeous modern home situated in ‘Old Ocean Grove’ only a short walk to the main street café precinct and a 5 minute drive to the patrolled main beach.

It sleeps 6 with all bedrooms having queen size beds with the master bedroom also having a plasma TV. There is one main bathroom with separate bath, shower and toilet.

The living space is open plan with very comfy couches, a flat screen TV and, stereo and DVD player and split system air-conditioning. The house also has ducted heating making it perfect for that Winter getaway.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. A very private North facing back yard with outdoor setting and BBQ area complete this package.

Light and bright and contemporary in design, it has everything you could want for a comfortable holiday.
