Enjoy relaxed coastal living in this spacious original house on subdivided lot.

It has been updated inside with modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and breakfast bench. There are three living areas each with its own TV and DVD player, giving plenty of space for everyone.

There is split system airconditioning to the main living area and ducted heating throughout keeping you toasty and warm in Winter.

The property sleeps 8 with the first and second bedrooms having queen beds, bedroom three with a set of bunk beds and the outdoor room having a single bed and single futon.

The laundry has a washing machine and while you are waiting for the washing to dry, why not have a game of ping pong on the table tennis table.

There is a lovely private front decking area and a rear courtyard complete with BBQ and outdoor setting.

Pets are welcome and will be safe and sound in either the fully secure front or back yards.
