Downstairs is a second large family room with TV, DVD and kitchenette/dining with fridge and small freezer. The main bathroom/laundry has a quarter bath and washing machine.
The established rear garden is fully enclosed great for a BBQ, game of back yard cricket and the 4 legged friend. There is also ample off street parking. Sleeping accommodation for up to 14 guests.
