Mitchell is a brand new, 3 level, luxury chalet located at Dinner Plain Alpine Village, Mt Hotham in the Victorian Alps.
It is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the Dinner Plain village shops, restaurants, bars and Mt Hotham shuttle bus stop. Enjoy snow sports with cross country ski trails running right past the chalet or head to Mt Hotham just 10km away.
FEATURES
Mitchell can accommodate 10 guests in 4 bedrooms with capacity for an additional 2 on a sofa bed in the living room.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor which also has 2 bathrooms and a laundry. The fourth bedroom is a large room with an ensuite bathroom on the third level.
*Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 in a Queen Bed and has its own Ensuite bathroom with bath tub.
*Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 in a Bunk Bed and shares the bathroom of either Bedroom 1 or 3.
*Bedroom 3 sleeps 2 in a Queen Bed and has its own Ensuite bathroom. This is a large room.
*Bedroom 4 sleeps 2 in a Queen Bed and 1 in a Single Bed. An additional single bed pull out sofa bed is available in this room.
The living area is located on the second level. The entire floor is an open plan living area with dining capacity for 12 people and a gourmet kitchen with a large oven/cooker. The kitchen is full equipped including dishwasher, microwave, applications including toaster and sandwich grill, glassware, crockery, cutlery and large capacity pots and pans.
The TV area has a built in gas fireplace, large windows and a selection of DVDs and board games - a perfect place to catch up with friends.
Mitchell is fitted with child proof gates on stairs and has a port-a-cot, high chair, dining booster seat and plastic cups and plates should you need them.
The laundry is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, laundry detergent and supplies.
The drying room is in the laundry and a large storage cupboard can be found near the laundry on the ground floor.

Booking conditions are as follows:
- Minimum stay of 2 nights
- Weekend rates apply for public holidays
- Minimum stay for public holiday periods may apply
- A $500 refundable bond is required for all confirmed bookings
- Each bed is supplied with a doona, doona cover and pillows. You will need to provide top and bottom sheets and a pillowcase for each bed used. You will also need to supply your own towels and tea towels.
A deposit of 25% of the full amount must be paid within 7 days of the booking to secure the property (or full payment required if less than 14 days before arrival).
Full payment, including refundable bond, must be made 14 days before the date of arrival.
All cancellations incur loss of deposit. If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.

** Please note, this is an executive residence in a peaceful residential cul de sac that is perfect for families, friends and those seeking relaxation. The house is not suitable for groups intending to party of disturb the neighbours. Any such activities will not be tolerated and may result is being asked to leave, and/or loss of bond. Thank you.
