Description
Located 50m to the Beach, this large cottage is basically three separate houses all rolled into one. Perfect for any extended family looking for a simplistic holiday. It has four bedrooms downstairs and then two separate upstairs. Each pod upstairs comprises of a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge with the bedroom opening up onto the balcony. The two pods can be opened up to make one large space through double doors. It's a very basic older style cottage that's easy living.

Local Attractions
The town of Dunsborough is ten minutes away, as are the day spa, renowned restaurant, cafe and popular surfing beach at Bunker Bay.
MARGARET RIVER WINE REGION - Home to some of the best wines in the world. There are a multitude of wineries within 15 minutes drive of Dunsborough. Margaret River itself is 1/2 an hour away.
BUSSELTON JETTY -This 2km jetty is the longest in the southern hemisphere. The new UNDERWATER OBSERVATORY at the end of the jetty gives you an amazing view of life beneath the sea, with beautiful coral, sponges and many species of fish - and you don't need to get wet! - 20 minute drive
OUTDOOR DRIVE-IN CINEMA - There are only 2 of these left in WA - one in Busselton. It's a great experience for the kids - and adults can re-live their adolescence! - 20 minute drive
CAVES & FORESTS - There are pristine tracts of native forests and spectacular caves in the SouthWest region. The wildflowers are unique and beautiful.
WHALE WATCHING - Whales visit the area between July and November. Whale watching tours start in Augusta in July-August and then the Naturaliste Lady moves around to Dunsborough. Good places to whale watch from the shore are from the lighthouses at Cape Leeuwin and Cape Naturaliste
There is an abundance of attractions in the Dunsborough area - award winning arts, crafts, galleries, fantastic restaurants and gourmet foods, chocolate factory, cheese factories, Yahava coffee, archery, animal parks.............the list goes on!
