Quality and comfort
Quality interiors with smeg stainless steel appliances, side by side water and ice fridge, dishwasher, washer / dryer, 50 inch plasma, dvd and an ipod dock. The kitchen has solid benchtops and an island breakfast bar with seating. The bathroom is fully tiled and comes complete with rainshower head, vanity and WC. The decor is light and bright with polished concrete floors and modern furniture.

Walk to beach and river. Surrounded by fine restaurants. 2 min walk to train to take you to Fremantle and Perth. Coles supermarket,chemist, post office, newsagent, bottle shop, dry cleaners, 24 hour petrol station are all 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Really lovely well equipped apartment in a beautiful location. Easy walking distance to shops, beach and train station. I would definitely stay here again when next in Perth. Highly recommended!

We landed at 1am and got to the apartment around 3am to be greeted by the owners which was most unexpected and a lovely touch. The apartment looks just like the pictures. We came here for Christmas. The kitchen is so well equipped we actually made a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. Train station is between 5-10 minute walk away so a car isn't necessary. The train from mosman park is only a few stops from Fremantle and 20 minutes to Perth city centre. The local beach just over from the station is well worth a visit. We would highly recommend bel air and would stay there again when next In perth.

Lovely apartment in a fabulous suburb secure complex with everything you would need the transport shops and restaurants were fantastic and the central location was great for the beach and the river would highly highly recommend overall a first class apartment with first class facilities.

Brilliant place would highly recommend booking. Location is great so close to loads of tourist areas - also handy if you don't have a car as the train station is about a 5 minutes walk, great shops near by and if you get the chance try the Boatyard food hall AMAZING! Facilities at the apartment are great and the landlords are really helpful. Highly Highly recommended.

I stayed at Bel air with my 2 children we all enjoyed it very much, my kids loved the apartment and the pool and the location was all we could ask for, we used the facilities to the max and the fact the shops and transport were on our doorstep helped us get around to,. make sure you book bel air !!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone

What a Fab place to stay we were close to everything and did not require a car, thanks so much the location and the quality of the apartment impressed us most of all. The transport, shopping and facilities were within walking distance and there was plenty to do and see. If in Perth again we will certainly book again. Thank You Klass
