Marazul Paradise Beach House is an eco-friendly 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom caribbean style house at only 150 meters from the beautiful Colingwood beach and 200 meters from the Vincentia shops and Coles Supermarket.
Due to the altitude offers a beautiful panoramic view of the bay, better than many beachfront houses. Marazul Paradise Beach House has also an amazing tropical garden, with lizards, frogs, fish, birds, possums, cool and refreshing in sommer.

The natural environment means everything for us.
We incorporated the nature in our house decoration.
We changed the glasses so that you can see trees, birds, sky, water from every room in the house.
We exposed all our beautiful rocks.
We bought a lot of new plants to give this relaxing and tropical feeling.
We have many water fountains for the birds and frogs.
We built an amazing outdoor hot/cold shower on a big rock surrounded by bamboos where you can appreciate the stars at night or enjoy the scenery during the day.
There is solar water and solar power.
We let bed linen and towels dry in the fresh air. We do not use chemicals witth the washing.
We also ask the guests to respect the wildlife and not to feed wild animals. Wildlife survives by its own means, if we feed them we interrupt their normal circle.

Also this charming getaway vacation home is situated in a no through road close to everything urban while still remaining in the tropical paradise of a secluded Vincentia neighborhood. We are 100 meters off the busy Elizabeth Drive!!
The house is absolute NORTH FACING and all the rooms have a deck.
All rooms have wireless access and we do have 3 TV'S+ 3 (Foxtel) boxes, in three different rooms.
The beautiful tropical garden is surrounded by natural plants, statues and rock formations. A perfect place for relaxation.

Walk through the seaside boardwalks along the parks and marina. Or take the scenic bike paths which leads to the beach. From the deck you can enjoy stunning water views.
On the top level there is the kitchen, living area and the main bedroom/ensuite.
The middle level has 3 bedrooms and the second bathroom. From this level there are also water views.
At the bottom level is the laundry and third bathroom.
The Marazul Paradise Beach House is centrally located in Vincentia in a no through road infront of a natural reserve.
Also the Vincentia Shops with Coles are in 5 minutes walking distance.
In the surroundings there is the beautiful Jervis Bay, Hyams Beach, the Bay, Boderee National Park with the Greenpatch and many beautiful towns and inlets. There are three tennis clubs: Huskisson, Erowal Bay and the Country Club at Sanctuary Point. Vincentia has one of the best Leisure Centres with a 25 m inside pool. You can have a guest pass and either go for a dip or take part of the excercise classes.

If you are keen to do outdoor or indoor activities you will never get bored. There are free bus services to the clubs in the area, Huskisson, Sanctuary Point and Vincentia.
What makes this area better than the others? Well, this is a natural paradise, all types of beaches, creeks, they bay, the national parks. This allows you to do all kind of sport activities and be able to enjoy the sea water independently of your age or condition.
Jervis Bay has a reach marine park, plenty of wales, dolphins.
The water is crystal blue and the sand white, they say one of the whitest sands in the world.
Parking is not a problem in the area. If you do not want to drive, you can still live here. As I said before the location is walking distance to the beach and shops and you can get the local club buses to go to Huskisson, Sanctuary Point or Vincentia Clubs.

Myself and five friends have just come back from a wonderful night away spent at The Marazul Paradise beach House and everything about the stay was perfect. It's hard to know where to begin, as the great things about this place are endless!
To begin with, booking the accommodation was effortless and very straightforward. The owner Alex, was extremely prompt in replying to my enquiry and couldn't have been more helpful, especially seeing as I booked the trip quite last minute. Being able to directly deal with the owner was also very refreshing and meant the booking was very efficient.
The house was also very straightforward to find, thanks to Alex's clear directions and after the journey down we were very happy to find that the house was extremely homely, cosy and welcoming. You can tell that Alex and John have put a lot of care and thought in to creating a beautiful home. The decor is very quirky and fun and it has a great vibe to it. There is always something to admire in the house and the layout is great. We were a group of 6 but the house could have easily slept a couple more people! Additional features such as the hammocks and the outdoor bamboo shower also added to the wonderful beachy feel around the place!
Though it rained while we were down there (can never control the weather!)the house was still lovely and warm and had a lot of natural light (we didn't even need to put on a heater- though these are provided). What more can I say- me and the girls were already talking about a return trip before we'd even left!

I believe there will be no better option around if you are staying one night with 8 people. Unique and tidy accommodation with convenience to everything.
Reasonable price with kind & helpful landlord. Anyone spending their holiday at Jervis Bay should definitely not miss the great house!

Location is excellent being in Vincentia, witha Coles around the corner. Just a few minutes drive to Huskisson where all the tourist spots / cruise companies are located.
House is clean, HUGE and very unique and interesting, with little trinkets and decoration pieces to be discovered in every corner.
Two hammocks in the verandahs are excellent to enjoy the sea view over the horizon.
Alex is SUPER helpful and kind and accommodating. If you do stay here, go to Dolphin Wild Cruises to enquire for smome discounts on the dolphin cruises! Just quote Alex's and Marazul's name.

Upon arrival the house looked great surrounded by plants and trees.The multi story split levels in the house were great with plenty of room.Also had views of the beach from verandah.The house had plenty of character also,great for chilling out with a bbq.Highly recommended for anyone wanting to escape the city life.

For a group of 7 people it was the perfect location and size house. Alex, the owner, was very helpful with lots of local information to help you find your way around the area. The house was clean and the family room had a wonderful view out across the bay.

My friends and family stayed at the Marazul beach house on the weekend for a wedding and it was the most enjoyable stay. The house was fully equipped and met all our needs, even the kids couldn't stop exploring the jungle gardens and trying the new bamboo shower outside! The views were great, the beds were comfortable and the house was literally a 2min walk to the beach. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and prompt to respond to any questions or needs during our stay. The price is amazing for a place that truly feels like home while you're away. Very satisfied. I will definitely be back with my family!!

Marazul is a comfortable, somewhat quirky house located in a quiet, leafy street about a few minutes walk from one of Jervis Bay's many beaches. There is a beautiful view of the bay thru the trees from the top floor. The owners were helpful, reliable and very quick to respond to questions. The garden is tropical and gorgeous, and is excellent for bird watching. I saw many species just sitting on the back veranda. Spread over three levels, and the hotwater system was great, always important for a beach holiday. I appreciated that the house was an actual home, and that the price advestised on Stayz was acurate.
There is excellent snorkelling at nearby Plantation Point. And make sure you get to Murray's beach, inside the national park. It's fantastic !

Ideally situated if you love golf. 4 lady golfers had a room each. Plenty of everything, down to welcoming bottle of milk. Create views. All in our 60s we enjoyed the bikes and rode to Huskisson. Great bike paths.

A very comfortable and clean house with a great retro vibe, set amongst a beautiful garden. Fabulous beach views from all the main rooms with lots of nice lovingly added touches: bikes, candles, amazing fibre glass elephant and hippo in the garden, pay TV's, hammock and nice outdoor setting. Alex, was especially friendly and very helpful. All this and only a short stroll from the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks Alex!

I stayed here with 7 others over two nights in July. Communication with the owner was excellent, considering it was a last minute booking. There were spectacular water views from the deck upstairs and it was the perfect location to visit the Jervis bay surrounds e.g. Hyams Beach. The house was clean, there was heating in every room so it wasn't a problem staying in winter and there was a beautiful tropical garden in the backyard. Highly recommended.

We had very good time staying at this accommodation, surrounded by beautiful nature, with beach view, what more could you expect? kids loved the place very relaxing. excellent customer service from the Owner, clean and tidy rooms, very comforting atmosphere. we would love to go back again to this if we travel to south side also we will recommend to any body.
