Description
"Lake View" is a large and cosy self contained 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment has recently been renovated complete with a brand new kitchen and modern furnishings for an enjoyable and relaxing stay with a touch of luxury.
The apartment is centrally located, only a 5 minute walk to the town centre to local shops, restaurants and nightlife. Both ski resorts, Thredbo and Perisher, are located within 30km of the town.
Layout
The sizable living area has a big, comfy sofa, perfect to slump into after a long day at the snow and warm up with the gas log fire - ambience without the hassle of lighting a fire! There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and I-pod docking station as well as DVDs, games and books provided for your entertainment. Large dining table completes the living area.
The living area opens onto your own private balcony on which to soak up the views of Lake Jindabyne and the surrounding mountains. There is a BBQ and outdoor setting if you are brave enough to endure the cold!
The brand new modern kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer hidden in the cupboard for your convenience.
Master bedroom has 1 x queen bed.
Bedroom two has 2 x single beds (porta-cot or fold out bed available for extra child).
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Linen is included.
Bathroom has in ceiling heat light and shower over small bath suitable for small children.
Booking Considerations
Lake View Apartment sleeps up to 4 adults (5th child ok). The apartment is situated in a block of 4 in a quiet residential block. In consideration of the other residents, no pets or parties allowed. Smoking is not permitted.
There will be a $50 surcharge for mid week bookings of 2 nights.
Single night bookings will be considered in some instances.
There is a 5 night minimum for bookings during the school holidays.
