Sambuca Apartment 5 is located on the second floor of the Sambuca Apartments next to the Village Chair lift near Hotham Central.
The modern apartment is fitted out to a high standard and has spectacular views of Swindlers Valley and the Hotham Summit from the spacious living areas and balcony.
Accommodating 6 to 8 people it contains two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.
It is conveniently located for ski in - ski out access to the Basin Ski run. It is just a short walk to the bars and restaraunts at Hotham Central and the village shuttle bus stops close by for easy access to the rest of the village.
You will enjoy your stay at Sambuca 5, chatting with friends by the fire place, taking in the spectacular views of the Hotham resort or relaxing after a day in the snow.
Sambuca 5 Features
The apartment accommodates 6 to 8 people:
* Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 people in a queen bed with built in robes and an ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 2 sleeps 5 people in a queen bed and 3 single beds with built in robes and an ensuite bathroom.
* A double sofa bed is available in the living area.
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable TV and DVD.
The Living area is open plan with comfortable couches surrounding the fireplace and a cosy window seat. The entertainment zone includes a large flat screen TV, DVD and iPod speaker dock.
The dining table seats 8 and has spectacular views over the ski fields.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hotplate, microwave oven, dishwasher, appliances including toaster, kettle, hand blender and quality cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery.
The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and a drying cupboard for your ski gear after a day in the snow. A ski locker is located outside the door of the apartment.
