This home is set on six and a half acres. It has been architecturally designed to take advantage of the wonderful mountain views. The en suite has a large viewing window from the bath to capture the Pinnacle a well known Dungog icon. The open lounge area traps the winter sun which warms the polished concrete floors. It has a very efficient Jetmaster open wood fire. The main living areas and bathrooms all have underfloor heating.
In the summer, the glass louvered windows allow the cool southerly breezes to flow through the house making it very comfortable in all seasons. The home is very modern with all the electronics you would expect ie an inbuilt speaker system, a 55 inch flat screen television, pay TV and a 3D blue ray player.
The 10mtr pool is a delight in the summer. It has views all around and beautiful for swimming and star gazing at night.

Accomodation
There are three queen size bedrooms with built in robes. The main bedroom has an ensuite. Again, they are designed to maximise the view and the sun or cool breezes depending on the season.
It is an open plan home and has a three metre ceasar stone island bench. The kitchen is well equipped with a 90 cm Ilve upright stove with six gas burners.
There are spaces around the house that are designed for you to enjoy the sun or shade whichever you require.
There is a 10 metre in-ground pool which is situated so that whilst in the pool, swimmers can still enjoy the views and the picturesque sky at night.
The Grounds and surrounding attractions
We are environmentalists at heart and wish the property to be as self sufficient as possible.
There is solar power and solar hot water. The property has a 107,000 litre water tank.
We try to be as organic as possible in our gardens and orchid. We have planted well over 1000 trees to attract bird life.
It is a very peaceful place with lovely walks around the surrounding areas. We believe you will leave fully relaxed and recharged. It is a "cracking spot".
