Our wonderful unit 'The Mews - South Perth' is best suitable for up to 4 people. Fantastic value with nightly tariff starting at $120 per night for specials. Our regular week night price is just $149. No add-ons either. That is amazing value - and for 4 people occupancy.
This is the closest you will get to living near the Perth CBD when positioned in South Perth.
It's a superb location. Our unit is super comfortable with two great sized bedrooms and two queens sized beds. It's worth mentioning right now - STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. Our minimum stay period is 3 nights.
The kitchen is bright and clean with all cooking facilities and utensils provided. Even tea towels and dishwashing liquid are on hand. We've a couple of 'treats' too in the refridgerator, just in case you arrive a little hungry and thirsty. You've nothing to bring when you check in to 'The Mews' - we supply sheets, pillows, doonas as well as towels and even some complimentary shampoo and soap in the event you forgot to pack them. There's a laundry too with brand new washer and dryer - and emergency laundry powder as well.
'The Mews' has reverse cycle air conditioning, a nice good sized dining and lounge/TV area and a balcony with gas barbeque which looks over the freeway to the Melville Waters. That's where the sun sets. Those river views are also accessible from the main bedroom, kitchen and dining areas and lounge room. A small laptop desk is conveniently positioned in the lounge and we offer FREE BROADBAND WIFI with unlimited uploads and downloads. There's a designated car parking bay as well as ample guest parking. We have wifi broadband available for a small charge. 'The Mews' is on the first floor of a two storey block of six.

You have heard the saying before - and 'The Mews' is in a wonderful location. If you would like to be close to Perth City, the Swan River, Kings Park and the main freeway access points, then you cannot get much closer. If you are familiar with famous landmarks, 'The Mews' is just 100m from the South Perth Windmill which is nestled at the southern end of the Narrows Bridge.
Truly. You can stroll over the bridge and into the Perth city centre in 22 minutes. We're 120m from the Swan River foreshore. Lots of green grass to sit and take in the city views and beautiful walk and cycle paths too.
Check the map and see this ideal location. 800m to the ferry. 900m to the Mend's Street shops/cafe strip/banks/post office/Windsor Hotel. From 'The Mews' it's a 10 minute walk to Kings Park, the Zoo is 1km down the road and the Royal Perth Golf Club is 1.5km south. On ramps for the freeway - both north and south - just 700m away.
MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME.
That's our idea. To have this as your 'home away from home'. Sure - it's never the same, but 'The Mews' has a great homey feel about it, and we've tried to think of everything that you may need, so as to make your stay a nice relaxed one.
We leave a few 'tasty' thing in the refrigerator for you, coffee, tea and sugar, have back up bathroom and laundry packs so you don't have to run off to the corner store, and there's a small selection of dvd movies and TV series in the event you want to kick back on the comfortable lounge. On the balcony there's a new weber bay Q - the easiest of barbeques to operate.
We've wifi broadband available too for a nominal charge.
Not only do we want your stay to be hassle and stress free - we're hoping you'll come back time and again because of our attention to detail.

On request - sometimes we allow a fifth occupant if it is a child under 14 year old. A fold out bed is provided and the cost is an extra $45/night.
