This newly built, modern, comfortable cottage has three bedrooms. Two double size rooms have a queen size bed while the third bedroom has two single beds. All beds have electric blankets for those cold winter nights. Quilts and blankets are also provided. A linen service is available.
There is one bathroom in the house and an extra toilet and shower located in the laundry. Kitchen is fully functional with crockery and cutlery provided, along with a dishwasher.
If you feel like eating out there are several places to enjoy a meal with the family.
Lampe House is located in beautiful Talbingo on the edge of the mighty Kosciuszko National Park. Surrounded by mountains and lakes and within 40 minutes of Mt Selwyn Ski Resort. This tranquil picture perfect little town provides the greatest escape from the mad rush of the city. Enjoy trout fishing in the many dams and rivers, water skiing, bush walking along the scenic trails, and of course snow skiing during the winter months.
There is the opportunity to be as active as you like or just relax and take in the spectacular scenery. The Tumut region has many festivals and attractions such as The Tumut Falling Leaf Festival held each April, The Batlow Apple Blossom Festival held each October and the Tumbarumba Rodeo held in January. There are many lovely short walks in Talbingo itself such as Jounama Creek Walk, Mill Creek Falls and Landers Creek Falls.
Talbingo is a wonderful place to discover at any time of the year.
House Description
Lampe House has a garage and carport. The backyard is fully enclosed and safe for children.
There is a computer in the third bedroom which allows for games to be played only.
Talbingo shops has access to the internet.

Lampe house exceeded our expectations on all levels. I was amazed at how well equipped it was, nothing was not thought of. The house itself is really well maintained and from the moment we walked in there it felt like home. Talbingo is a beautiful little town and we hope to return again in the future and will be staying here again for sure. A big thank you to Sabina for being so helpful and for letting us stay. :-)

I loved it!
We had an amazing time at this little house it had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. For the price it was much better that any type of hotel.... we will be using it again next time for sure ! Thanks for a great stay !
