Terrigal is one of the best holiday destinations in Australia. Less than 1 hour drive north of Sydney, Terrigal offers beautiful beaches, award winning restaurants and cafes and great shopping.
Seawinds is located on the northern end of Terrigal beach, just 3 doors up from Bellyfish Cafe. The elevated position gives our guests amazing views of the coastline from the Terrigal Skillion at the southern end of Terrigal Beach to Foresters Beach and headland in the north and beyond. Once you are here you will never want to leave.
This multi-million dollar apartment has been designed with relaxation and luxury in mind. We have made every effort possible to ensure you love your stay at Seawinds, from the comfort of the furnishings to the quality of the Sheridan linen provided.
When you arrive, you can park your car in the security basement carpark and leave it there for the duration of your stay. Everything is within walking distance.
About the Apartment
Seawinds is a beautifully designed 3 bedroom apartment. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the security basement carpark. Park your vehicle and take the elevator to Level 1. Seawinds occupies the entire Level 1. There is only 1 other apartment in the complex. Through the entry you will find there is ample room for entertaining, a large and modern kitchen, indoor dining for 8, or outdoor dining for 6. The living area has comfortable lounges and arm-chairs to watch TV and the apartment is fitted with Foxtel including all channels including movie channels, Fox Sport at no extra cost. There is also a stereo in the living area with ipod docking, so you can plug your ipod or iphone in and listen to your favourite music.
The Main Guest Room has a large walk-in robe and marble barthroom with soaker bath and enormous dual head shower.
The other guest rooms share a bathroom, and there is an additional powder room and toilet off the living area.
All bedrooms feature flat-screen LCD televisions, and the 3rd bedroom also features a DVD player.
Outside you can relax in the covered outdoor area or lay on the sun lounges next to your private lap pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Seawinds is located 3 doors up from Bellyfish Cafe which opens around 6am for your early morning latte and Eggs Benedict.
Arrival & Departure Service included
We want our guests to be completely relaxed when visiting Seawinds. We have a complimentary service for all guests for arrival and departure. Our Caretaker will meet you at Seawinds at an agreed time to hand over keys and show you through the property. He can answer any questions you may have and will show you where everything is and how to operate the Air Conditioning, FOXTEL, BBQ facilities etc.
He will also meet you on departure to collect keys and secure the property.
No stressing out about finding a park and going to a real estate office to collect and return keys. We take the stress out of your break.
PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE A MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 6 GUESTS. AS PER RATES CHART THERE IS A MANDATORY CHARGE OF $495 PER STAY FOR CLEANING AND LAUNDRY SERVICES. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE.

Prices
Our tariff is for a maximum of 6 guests. Minimum stay is 3 nights over the weekend or 4 nights mid-week unless other arrangements made.. Please note there is a mandatory charge of $495 per stay for cleaning and laundry.
