This top floor apartment has panoramic sea views and is a short walk to the beach, boat ramp and Whalers Inn restaurant. open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a queen bed with sea views, reverse cycle air conditioning and a spacious ensuite with shower, vanity and w.c. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the rear balcony. The third bedroom has a set of bunks. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity. The laundry has a washer/dryer. Both the front and rear balconies have outdoor furniture. There are communal gas bbq's in the grounds.
