Modern beach house in fantastic location in Apollo Bay. Brand new house equipped with modern facilities and all the comforts of home. Relax on the second story deck with views out to Marengo Beach and the mountains.
The modern kitchen includes electric oven and gas cooktop, microwave and dishwasher.
The upstairs area comprises of an open plan kitchen/ dining and living area. A huge L shaped deck off the dining and living areas is the perfect place to relax and view both sunrise and sunsets! A split system air conditioner keeps the living area comfortable all year round.
A child security gate is located at the top of the stairs to keep young kids safe in upstairs living area. A portacot is also available (linen not provided for portacot).
A toilet and powder room is also located off the kitchen.
The downstairs area has 3 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet and laundry with external access.
The 3 bedrooms comprise:
Bed 1: 1 x Queen bed with ocean views
Bed 2: 1 x King bed with Flat screen TV
Bed 3: 1 x trundle bunk bed (3 singles) and 1 single bed (room ideal to sleep 4 kids)
Upstairs Living area also has 1 x double sofa bed
Each bedroom has an electric panel heater.
House sleeps 9 adults and 1 child (top bunk max weight 60Kg)
Pet Friendly Home
Relax at Seanic Beach House with your beloved pet as well! Your pet is welcome inside at Seanic Beach House and dog bowls are provided for water and food. The house also has a secure rear yard to keep your pets safe.
Apollo Bay
Apollo Bay has a very relaxing atmosphere which makes it the perfect place to visit in both winter and summer!
Apollo Bay foreshore becomes a carnival during Christmas school holidays providing great entertainment for both kids and families.
There are also weekly Saturday markets on the foreshore (weather permitting) selling local craft and produce and an annual blues and jazz music festival brings Apollo Bay alive every April!
Things to do: Explore the Otways, take a short drive to Mariners Falls (Dog friendly walk to waterfall), a round of golf at the beachside golf course, fishing off Marengo rocks or the pier in Apollo Bay, explore the walking tracks along the Great Ocean Road. Stroll through Apollo Bay's eclectic mix of shops or choose from one of the numerous cafes and restaurants to dine in.
During summer surf lessons are available or just relax along one of the beautiful beaches in Apollo Bay and Marengo. At Marengo beach there are canoeing tours out to Seal Rocks to view the seals.
