If you are wanting to experience a totally relaxing holiday with the beach at your back door this is the home for you. Situated on the beautiful Denison beach just 15 minutes north of Bicheno, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rustic style home has direct beach access and great views. The facilities provided and decor of the holiday home is comfortable and befitting the rustic description.
You are required to supply your own linen - sheets, towels, pillow cases, tea towels or there is a linen hire service available.
WINTER RATES:1st May to 31st October @ $615.00 per week or $165.00 p/n
SUMMER RATES:1st November to 30th April @$1015.00 per week or $165.00 p/n
We require 20% of total rental or one night's accommodation to be paid (whichever is the greater amount) to secure booking. On cancellation of booking, this amount is not refundable.
Note: Any incidentals will be charge on check-out and a 1.5% surcharge would be applied if paid by credit card **
