escarpment of Mt Blackheath.

Serendipity is located on a property, isolated from the main house by trees and bushes, giving you complete privacy for your romantic stay. With acres and acres of land and kilometers after kilometers of walks why not bring your pets for the ultimate getaway, before settling down on the verandah to watch the sun setting on the magnificent escarpments. Cook a well earned feast before settling down in front of the slow combustion fire for a chat or game of cards or the ever increasing restaurants and cafes of Little Hartley.
The fully fenced garden will also keep your pet in and the kangaroos out. A photographers paradise, with cockatoos,
galahs, rosellas and many other native birds through the seasons. Awake refreshed to the incredible beauty of the
surrounding countryside, where there will always be something to do, on this easy to find property or visit Jenolan Caves just 10 minutes away
Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with dual electric blanket, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, a free standing red cedar wardrobe, duchess and a clock/radio with a iPod docking station.

Linen supplied - This includes Doona's, pillows, sheets, pillow slips, towels, hand towels, bathmat(s) and tea towels.

Bath with shower over bath
Lounge Rm:
Polished floor boards through out, lounge chairs, TV (with Austar (Paid TV like Foxtel), internet connection, slow
combustion fireplace, air-conditioning and a gas heater.
Kitchen:
Modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas oven and cook top and ample cutlery, crockery and culinary to whip up a storm and relax in front of the fire. Fresh filtered drinking water (hot and cold) is also supplied.
Dining:
Dining table with seating for four.
Laundry:
The laundry facilities are for hand washing only and includes a dryer
Heating/Cooling:
Slow Combustion fireplace. WOOD IS SUPPLIED. There is also reverse cycle airconditioning in the main bedroom and one in the combined dining room/lounge.
Pets:
Well behaved pets allowed. There are two lots of fences. The fence around the cottage is designed to keep smaller
dogs in from where they can enter the cottage through their own doggie door. There is also a higher fence that will keep larger dogs in but it does have barbed wire on the top.

Advertised tariffs are "FROM" Rates and depend on the actual dates/no. of nights If arrival day is a Sunday, the Sunday rate is half the weekend daily rate,except bookings longer than 7 days. For midweek bookings (Mon-Thur) the minimum tariff is 3 nights 20% surcharge for school and public holidays
