The house has been fitted with mains connected smoke detectors and RCD protected outlets. The house has been fitted with new energy efficient solar hot water, and electricity solar generation systems, keeping in line with our effort to make the holiday house as environmentally friendly as possible.
Kitchen: Stainless steel gas cooktop and electric fan forced oven, microwave, dishwasher, saucepans, frypans, electric frypan and wok, quality european appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Large french door fridge with built in automatic ice machine.
Loungeroom: Lounge suite, flat screen television, DVD player.
Livingroom: Large lounge, ipod integrated CD micro stereo.
Dining: Square table, setting for eight.
Laundry: Front load washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron.
Bathroom: Two bathrooms in total (one bath)
Study: Study desk and chair, collection of reading material.
Outside: Gas Barbeque, Outdoor setting for eight. All contained within a decked undercover alfresco. Back deck overlooks the private gardens.
The rear garden is fully fenced.
