Located 1km south of the Great Ocean Road and 3km from the magnificent Johanna beach, Muxys Place is nestled in the foothills of the Otway ranges with no other houses in site! It features over 6 acres of cleared and natural eucalyptus bush-land including a private rainforest/fern gully picnic area by the side of a meandering stream.
The house is 3-bedroom 2-bathroom 22 square solid pine construction with open plan living and panoramic views of local farmland, rolling green hills and native rainforest. It is centrally located along the world-famous Great Ocean Road, less than 40 mins from the Twelve Apostles, Cape Otway National Park and the Otway Fly.
