This stunning brand new home has everything including a lap pool and spa located in a quiet court only a short walk to the beach and approx 5 minutes drive into the main shopping area with all its cafes, restaurants and shops.
The main living is elevated with a huge covered deck and built in BBQ. The open plan living is on the second level with comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and DVD player, Split System heating and cooling, beautiful polished timber floors and views to Westernport Bay. The kitchen is modern and and well equipped with electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave, lots of platters and salad bowls for alfresco dining. The huge decks opens off the lounge with an outdoor setting it is covered and semi enclosed. There is a central dining table with seating for 8.
There is a second living area downstairs with sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player as well as split sytem heating and cooling.
The main bedroom is upstairs with a Queen bed and split system walk in robe and ensuite.
Downstairs are the other 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
A great feature of this property is the inground lap pool and outdoor spa, please not these will only have heating available over the Christmas January period. The back garden area is fully fenced with a nice lawn area, extensive decking, outdoor shower and the double garage is available for use.
