Perfectly located in Halls Head, just over the bridge from Mandurah's town centre and tourist hub, this roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is just 200m from gorgeous beaches, close to playgrounds for the children and a short walk to Dome Cafe.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of six and is equipped with two queen beds and one set of bunks, with almost every room featuring extensive views over the Indian Ocean. This home is decorated with modern furnishings, appliances - including air conditioner, dishwasher & own laundry - and little extras to make your stay more enjoyable.
As well as the comfortable interior Blue Bay View boasts a wrap around balcony perfect for catching the breeze, listening to the waves and watching boats pass by.
Bedding and towels, including beach / pool towels, are provided to minimize your luggage.
Safe inside a secure complex you have access to a sparkling swimming pool (lit at night), BBQ area, a tennis court (rackets provided) plus one covered parking bay. Comfort, activities and beautiful scenery make Blue Bay View an excellent base for a memorable, Mandurah vacation.

Important information
Payment - Payment can be made via bank deposit or PayPal if you prefer to use a credit card.
Keys - The pick up and drop off point for the keys is in Port Kennedy which is between Perth and Mandurah. The apartment complex is not accessible (nor leave-able!) without security gate opener and as such there is no alternative option for key collection and return at this stage.
Cleaning - $60 per stay is charged to help towards the cost of cleaning and providing bedding and towels as professionals are employed to do this.
Bond - A $150 security bond is charged around the time of booking. This bond is fully refundable after your stay given that the apartment and its contents remain in the same condition as when you arrived (i.e. no theft or damage and neat and tidy).
Blue Bay View is situated in a secure residential complex. The rules of the strata must be adhered to so as not to impose on neighbors. This rental is not suitable for parties and large groups as it is subject to noise restrictions. Children under 12 must be fully supervised on common grounds and the parking restrictions are also enforced.
If you would like a full copy of the strata rules please feel free to contact me. If your plan was to have a peaceful weekend by the sea these rules are highly unlikely to affect your activities : )
