A unique position in Pearl Beach, just a 50 metre stroll across the road to the beach, yet on your return you will find the most tranquil retreat featuring the serenity of lagoon frontage, enjoyed from the stylish, manicured gardens.
The Lagoon is a Local Secret, enjoyed by only a select few residents and visitors, offering tranquillity and bristling with wildlife and fauna.
With Ducted Air-conditioning throughout; The home is truly magnificent and offers a luxurious stay for the discerning family.
Our home is treasured, and we want to share it with discerning guests who would respect and enjoy it as we do. It’s unashamedly not a party house, nor for the multitudes, a discipline that will be appreciated by us and the guests who choose to escape here.

With this in mind we have created the ideal environment to facilitate this and within the village atmosphere that defines Pearl Beach.
Bedrooms
The MASTER QUARTERS are spacious & self-contained and an escape in itself. Beyond the privacy of double timber doors you will find a large bedroom featuring a king size bed and reading/TV area, enhanced by the full length balcony. Adjoining the room is a private ensuite with deep corner tub.
You can lose yourself for hours.
Guests and kids may not even miss you as they retreat to their own rooms and Bathroom all accessed through another set of timber doors;
The SECOND BEDROOM with a Queen size bed is stylish and generous in space.
A THIRD BEDROOM, simply styled offers another Queen size bed
A large KIDS ROOM / ACTIVITY AREA spanning the rear of the house and overlooking the gardens and lagoon features a Single bed that can easily convert to a Queen size if required.
Books, games and loads of activities ensure the kids will be easily entertained.
Living Areas
When it’s time to regroup, all can venture downstairs to the living areas; Defined by space, stylish design and the finest of appliances. You will want for nothing and relax in style and comfort.
ENTRY PARLOUR
There is a quiet room with leafy views off the entry which features a sofa bed for the option of an extra or unexpected guest/s.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is spacious, modern and well- appointed and open to the living and dining areas.
Loads of fridge, cupboard and bench space, a full range of appliances, cooking utensils and crockery; make entertaining a pleasure.

OUTSIDE
If you are ever compelled to drag yourself away from the comfort inside, you will be transformed with a stroll through the garden, offering an expansive path of decks with a choice of viewing platforms that all boast private and serene views of the Pearl Beach Lagoon.
All viewed through the Glass Sliding doors from the living areas, or the large deck and outdoor dining facilities.
BBQ & OUTDOOR DINING
A four burner gas BBQ provides further entertaining options, with an 8 seat outdoor dining setting.
LAWN
There is a manicured lawn area which provides an excellent and easily supervised play area for the little or “big” kids.
